Custom CMS for a multi-brand publisher
Replaced a brittle WordPress setup with a headless CMS purpose-built for editorial speed and brand flexibility.
Meridian Creative Agency managed editorial content for three distinct brands, each on a separate WordPress instance. Content duplication, plugin conflicts, and slow page loads were causing the editorial team to lose hours every week.
I designed and built a headless CMS with a unified content model supporting multi-brand publishing. Each brand got its own visual theme layer while sharing a single structured content backend. The new system runs on Google Cloud with PostgreSQL, serving content via a typed API to brand-specific Next.js frontends.
The editorial team now publishes across all three brands from a single interface, with automated cross-posting and brand-specific formatting handled by the system.
